PIEPT DE CURCAN IN SOS DE PORTOCALE SI MASLINE

O mancare foarte simpla, dietetica si gata in 10 minute – eu am avut carnea deja taiata :).

TACHINO ALL ARANCIA

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Turkey breast
  • flour
  • 1 onion
  • 1 portocala
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 100 g black olives
  • salt
  • piper
  • olive oil

MOD DE PREPARE:

  1. Wash turkey breast, se taie felii subtiri si se trece prin faina. Onion peel and cut into small pieces.
  2. Intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei de masline se pune ceapa, and when it gets put golden flesh and leave a few minutes, fry until slightly.
  3. Separately squeeze orange and half lemon, iar cand carnea este gata se varsa sucul in tigaie, mixing gently. Add salt and pepper to taste and cover. Allow for 6-8 minute, la foc mic, until the sauce creamy.
  4. Add black olives and let 1-2 minute. Se serveste cald.
