- 4 fish fillet ( salmon, trout )
- 6 slices of bread for toast
- basil leaves
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- salad or potatoes with parsley for garnish
MOD DE PREPARE:
Remove crust from bread slices and mix with basil leaves core, then add olive oil and mix well (circa 1 minutes).
Place in a non-stick pan with a little oil over the fillets and leave them on fire about 1 minutes.
Take off the heat and place, skin at the bottom, in oven tray covered with baking paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Topped it previously mixed composition and rub well. Place in oven at 200 degrees to about 5 minute. Serve with boiled potatoes with parsley and lettuce.
