Fish fillet wrapped in basil crust



  • 4 fish fillet ( salmon, trout )
  • 6 slices of bread for toast
  • basil leaves
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • piper
  • salad or potatoes with parsley for garnish


Remove crust from bread slices and mix with basil leaves core, then add olive oil and mix well (circa 1 minutes).
