Broccoli with black olives

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Broccoli about 500 g
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Kalamata olives handful of type ( eu folosesc taggiasche )
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • chili pepper – optional

MOD DE PREPARE:

  1. Broccoli if cured, loosen bouquets and boil 6-8 minutes in boiling water with salt. Remove, pass through cold water, to keep the bright color of green and put the spilled.
